Job Description

• Scheduling and Planning:
• Develop and maintain production schedules in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
• Coordinate the procurement of necessary resources, including equipment, props, and personnel.
• Serve as a central point of contact for information and updates between different departments.
• Facilitate effective communication within the production team.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production schedules, budgets, and contracts.
• Assist in preparing reports and updates for management as needed.
• Address unexpected issues and challenges that may arise during production.
• Assist production managers in various tasks to ensure the overall success of the production.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals.
• Assist in coordinating post-production activities, including the editing process and other tasks that follow the completion of initial production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as (Industrial Engineering, Business Course, Office Management) or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a production coordination role is often preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in production coordination.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work well under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php12,454.00 – Php15,00.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
