Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that daily production schedules are accomplished.
- Follow correct drawing specifications in all operations.
- Properly label all products with identification tags.
- Maintain product quality standards.
- Record, report, and update daily output.
- Maintain records of rejected/good scrap.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Vocational/College Degree Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 6 months as a Production Line Leader
- Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and demonstrate flexibility
- Willingness to work extended hours and overtime
- Strong leadership skills
