Job Description
Gentem Consulting Services is seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee the production department’s operations. The ideal candidate will plan, direct, and manage production activities, ensuring alignment with quality, safety, and delivery standards while adhering to budget constraints.
Responsibilities include supervising production phases, leading the team, and fostering an environment of change and innovation to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, 10+ years of experience, 5+ years in a supervisory role, and licensed professional status. Position based in Bulacan.
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, in-person.
