Job Description
Indorama Ventures Packaging (Philippines) is looking for a dedicated Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include managing raw material inventory, production planning, troubleshooting production issues, and preparing ISO documentation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a professional license and at least 5 years of experience in production management, particularly in preforms and closure manufacturing.
Strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary between Php40,00.00 and Php55,00.00 per month, alongside various benefits such as health insurance and opportunities for promotion.
