Job Description

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
• Training or certification in bakery management or food production is a plus.

Experience:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in a bakery or food-related industry.
• Proven experience in managing production teams and overseeing daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in quality control, product development, and inventory management is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and production processes.
• Leadership and management skills with the ability to handle large teams.
• Excellent knowledge of production planning and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards, quality assurance, and sanitation guidelines.
• Proficient in using production management software and inventory tracking systems.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to train staff and ensure continuous development of the production team.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work long hours and weekends as required by production demands.
• Physically fit to handle the demands of a bakery production environment.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with other departments like sales, marketing, and supply chain.

Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
