Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations and coordinate production plans.
- Set production targets and monitor compliance with quality standards.
- Review staffing, job assignments, and operational performance.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of supervisory experience, preferably in textiles or similar industries.
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
- Must be flexible and work well under pressure.
