Job Description
- Raw material inventory and planning.
- Production planning, timeline, and monitoring.
- Troubleshooting in production related to output and quality of the product.
- Submission of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Production Reports, BRM to Site Head.
- ISO documentation, GMP implementation/other audit preparation.
- Material balancing and production materials stock monitoring.
- Coordination of daily production, quality control, and maintenance reports to improve overall operation.
- Evaluate and plan appropriate training for employees to improve work performance.
- Assist in new trail.
- To establish/implement/comply with GMP, HACCP, & FSSC policies & SOPs.
- To establish/implement/comply with Waste Management (Solid & Hazardous) policies & SOPs.
- To establish/implement/comply with OSHAS policies & SOPs.
- To establish/implement/comply with Energy Management policies & SOPs.
- To establish/implement/comply with regulatory & statutory regulations regarding business, labor code, PNP, PDEA, IATF against COVID, FDA, and other stakeholders.
- Perform other related tasks as necessary.
