Job Description
This position supervises the kitchen team at Hann Reserve, ensuring high food preparation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production team in preparing quality recipes and menu items.
- Maintain standardized recipes and food safety protocols.
- Manage inventory and conduct quality checks.
- Enforce health and safety standards.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and kitchen cleanliness.
- Develop new menu items.
Your experience and skills:
- Proven experience in high-volume kitchens.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Minimum 5 years experience.
