Job Description
Job brief
We are looking for a qualified Production Planner to organize production according to demand and quality standards. You will ensure goods are produced on time and profitably, monitoring manhours per project and reporting periodically. An excellent production planner is well-versed in production procedures, optimization, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate production workflow
- Plan operations for maximum performance
- Determine manpower, equipment, and materials needed
- Assign workers, schedule shifts, and monitor jobs
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a production planner
- Knowledge of production planning and quality control
- Experience in MRP II and MS Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
