Job Description
First Sumiden Circuits, Inc. seeks a Production Planner to develop and maintain efficient manufacturing schedules that align materials, labor, and equipment with demand while controlling costs and ensuring on‑time delivery. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and has at least four years of production planning experience (electronics preferred).
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly schedules; coordinate resources and inventory
- Perform demand planning with stakeholders; manage ERP/MRP systems
- Apply inventory control, LEAN principles, and process optimization to resolve bottlenecks
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
Strong analytical ability, clear communication, and effective cross‑department collaboration are essential.
