Job Description
SUMMARY: The primary responsibility is to conduct process improvements in production to enhance productivity, quality, reliability, and cycle time.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute projects to improve production processes.
- Analyze processes related to quality issues.
- Conduct time and motion studies.
- Write procedures and work instructions.
- Coordinate machine qualification with maintenance.
- Collaborate on process-related questions.
- Operate production machines and troubleshoot.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
- Strong team player with good communication skills in English.
- Proficient in computer skills.
