Job Description
- Receives customer orders in the form of PO, ship alert, or email advise.
- Line up received orders in the form of assembly schedule.
- Received generated lot traveler from LTC printer, checks its accuracy, and controls them to ensure that order line up if followed.
- Monitors order movement in the form of WIP and checks its timeliness against the committed delivery date.
- Initiates meetings with Operations in any manufacturing issues that will affect delivery commit.
- Participates in Operations-related activities concerning customer orders.
- Creates customer reports and assures correctness and timeliness of sending to customers.
- Prepares manufacturing performance indices and submits to Operations as a rating versus required goals.
- Receives forecasted volumes and sales from Sales.
- Interfaces with customers and Customer Service for any issues related to orders.
- Issues dice and LTC in the absence of Die Bank Clerk & LTC printer.
- Performs other tasks as may be required.
