Job Description
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Production Planner or Inventory Controller
- Strong knowledge of production planning principles, capacity management, and scheduling techniques.
- Proficiency in inventory control methods, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization techniques.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; with internship experience under Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations
- With complete requirements and can start ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and capacity requirements to meet customer demand and optimize production efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels by analyzing sales trends, production capacity, and lead times.
- Collaborate with demand planner to gather data and inputs for accurate demand forecasting.
- Create and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficient utilization of resources.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization in production planning and inventory control.
