Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in production management, industrial engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in production planning within a printing manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules.
- Coordinate production activities for smooth workflow.
- Adjust schedules to accommodate changes or delays.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Overtime
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
Experience:
- Production Supervisor: 5 years (Preferred)
