Job Information

Job Description

1. Handles production team leaders on their day-to-day production issues.

2. Handles operator related issues and ensures that operators are monitored in terms of output, quality, attitude, safety, and attendance.

3. Ensures that production trainings are met and finished on time and provides assessment of trainings in coordination with Production Coordinator.

4. Prepares monthly summary of production functional objectives in coordination with Production Engineer and Team Leaders.

5. Handles and monitors solution area and is responsible for the scheduling of solution preparation and CIP of solution tanks.

6. In charge of the Final Packaging process which includes PSA operators and ensures proper SAP transactions during final packing.

7. Handles the scheduling and sorting of hold cartons during 3 DAS, routine inspection by QC and PSA operators, and communicates results to QA, Planning, and CSR.

8. In charge of the system improvements and documentation of Production, revisions of PM, WI, and Forms in the production, including Quality and Food Safety documentations.

9. In charge of the recruitment of production personnel and ensures all are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively and efficiently.

10. Spearheads projects and group activities focusing on process improvements, corrective, and preventive actions on customer claims and production issues.

11. Coordinates with Planning team and ensures that the next production runs are complete, enough to avoid delays, appropriate and revised planning schedule according to proper machine set up and product mix for faster changeover.
