Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Purchasing Assistant to handle purchase orders for indirect production materials. This role includes sourcing, inspecting, and accrediting suppliers, evaluating quotations, and negotiating procurement deals while ensuring compliance with quality standards. The successful candidate will monitor procurement progress and manage payment requisitions, along with preparing weekly and monthly procurement reports.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course with procurement experience.
- Resourceful in vendor identification and negotiation.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills; effective team player.
- Analytical, self-starter, assertive, and goal-oriented.
