Job Description
The Production Specialist is a full-time on-site role located in Pasig. The Production Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process of our products. They will ensure that production processes run efficiently, safely, and at the highest quality standards. They will work closely with cross-functioned teams to identify areas of improvement in production processes, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Senior Production or Manufacturing role, with at least 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing practices and principles is a plus.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives and systems implementation.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in production and manufacturing.
- Amenable to work in Ugong Pasig City.
- Can start ASAP

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (7:00 am to 4:00 pm)
Salary:
Php 35,00.00 – negotiable
