Job Description
MAJOR FUNCTIONS:
- Monitor operation of assigned section and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure productivity, efficiency, yield, and output standards are consistently met.
- Adhere to product standards and effective resource utilization.
- Maintain sanitation, GMP, and hygiene requirements.
- Promote workplace safety and 5S programs implementation.
- Utilize technical expertise for product and process improvement.
- Recommend process enhancements impacting product quality.
- Motivate team members to meet set criteria.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Nutrition, or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office, strong communication skills, team building abilities.
- Knowledge in Food Safety Practices and HACCP is advantageous.
- Prior experience in Food Manufacturing and supervisory roles required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
