Job Description
ARGOLD JOBS INC is seeking a full-time, in-person Production Staff member to support food production in a fast-paced, high-volume facility. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes for compliance with food safety standards, preparing and packaging products, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and following standard operating procedures. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, consistent adherence to quality and hygiene protocols, the ability to perform physical tasks, and effective collaboration to achieve production targets while ensuring product integrity.
