Job Description
- College degree in Chemical Engineering, BS Industrial Engineering, BS Chemistry, Food Technology, or other related courses
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff
- Diligent, hardworking, and open to new ideas
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable in production planning and KPI
- Proficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical thinking
- Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and international Food standards
- Excellent people handling skills
- Physically fit and able to work on shifts
- Willing to work in Metro Manila or nearby Marikina areas
