Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production line and ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of production staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and optimal utilization of resources.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Train and develop production staff to ensure competency and maximum performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance and maintenance, to resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
