Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical Engineering course
- Relevant experience in flexible plastic packaging is an advantage
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
JOB DETAILS:
- Plans and strategizes production runs and sequences
- Monitors and submits daily production reports
- Troubleshoots problems and prevents operational issues
- Leads root cause analysis process
- Ensures production line safety and housekeeping
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
Experience:
- Production Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
