Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the production manager in production planning and duty allocation of personnel for the production.
- Responsible for quality and quantity of production planned during the shift.
- Assist the team leader for conducting machine assessment, quality issues, etc.
- Responsible for taking necessary corrective action in case of deviation in the process.
- Direct responsibility in product identification and traceability.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in Food Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of food production, safety standards, HAACP, and Serve Safe Certification.
- Understanding of food equipment and services.
- Independent, analytical, and creative work ethic.
Location: Sirang Lupa Canlubang Calamba City Laguna
