Job Information

Job Description

1. Monitors and coordinates plant operations. Supervises the work activities and schedules of Production team to ensure compliance with manufacturing requirements and safety procedures.

2. Oversees completion of production plans by scheduling/assigning personnel and equipment, monitoring production progress, revising schedules when needed, and resolving problems.

3. Maintains efficient work flow by monitoring plant processes. Initiates and fosters a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.

4. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing company standards. Maintain record of all plant raw materials coming in and out. Must implement and follow a control system to reduce damage, breakage and inventory obsolescence by using First-In First-Out (FIFO) method in compliance with inventory policy.

5. Attend, oversee, supervise and manage all overtime works and activities of the plant.

6. Maintain efficient safety regulations for same and organize all tools to increase efficiency of all activities.

7. Maintains safe, secure, clean, and healthy work environment by educating and directing personnel on the proper use of all control points, equipment, and resources.

8. Ensures plant machinery/equipment/vehicles are operational and in good condition by performing regular inspection. Calls for repairs when needed in compliance with maintenance policy.

Education:

· Graduate in engineering, architecture, information system design, or equivalent.

Work Experience:

· Industry experience with steel manufacturing, PU products manufacturing is recommended.

· Fire safety, Safety Officer certifications

Competency Requirements

· Can manage overall plant operations and command an entire production team.

· Must have good emergency response and knowledge of general tools usage and safety procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,00.00 per month
