Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Engineering Courses (BS Industrial/Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a Japanese electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong background in manpower management and knowledge of FMEA, SPC, and production planning.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and relocate to LISP 1, Bo. Diezmo, Cabuyao City, Laguna.
Job Type: Full-time
