- Ensure smooth and safe operations on the production floor.
- Conduct regular safety, sanitation, and related matters.
- Ensure the personal safety of those directly involved in production and equipment.
- Strictly implement SOPs and manufacturing guidelines communicated by authorities.
- Provide clear reports on incidents, equipment, staff needs, and plant performance.
- Perform assigned tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any College degree.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant working experience in Food Manufacturing or Production Industry.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Immediate availability.
