Job Description
The Production Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations in a manufacturing facility. They are responsible for coordinating and managing the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently and meet quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and directing production staff to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Monitoring production processes to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Implementing and enforcing safety and quality control procedures.
