Job Description
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Bakery Science, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
- Substantial experience in the bakery industry, including roles such as a baker, pastry chef, or similar positions. A deep understanding of baking processes and techniques is essential.
- Proven experience in a production management role, preferably within a bakeshop or bakery setting.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to lead a team of bakers and production staff effectively.
- Familiarity with various baking equipment and machinery used in a bakeshop.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during production and find effective solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php 15,00.00 – Php 20,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift

- Production Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
Location:
- Ability to Commute to Davao City (Required)
- Relocation to Davao City required before starting work (Required)
