Job Description
Background of company: Home de Luxe and Joyce & Diana are the leading bedding brands in the Philippines, distributed in department stores, hotels, and e-commerce platforms. Our management team is dynamic and driven.
Primary responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily production operations
- Ensure delivery of production plan across various production lines
- Set production targets, monitor progress, and review staffing levels
- Monitor workflow, compliance to standards, and resolve production issues
- Provide production information and data analysis
- Maintain equipment for smooth manufacturing operation
- Ensure safety and cleanliness in the work environment
Experience requirements:
- 5+ years of Production experience with 3+ years in a supervisory role, preferably in garment industry
- 4-year university degree in a relevant field
- Experience in process optimization, inventory management, and proficient in Excel
- Experience with ERP or inventory systems preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Flexible with tasks and projects, proactive and positive attitude
- Location: Laguna
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary
Ability to commute/relocate: Cabuyao City, Laguna: Reliably commute or plan to relocate
Experience: Production Supervisor: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification: ISO Certification (Required)
