Job Description
Background of company: Home de Luxe and Joyce and Diana are the leading bedding brand in the Philippines. We are present on most department stores, hotel groups and ecommerce channels like Lazada and Shopee. Our management team is energetic, smart and ambitious.
Primary responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily production operations
- Delivery of production plan across different production lines
- Setting production targets and tracking progress
- Review of production staffing levels, work assignments and priorities, job expectations and personnel performance
- Workflow monitoring, compliance to production and quality standards, changes in production schedules, resolution of production line issues
- Providing production information and data – output performance, yields and efficiencies, quality controls, operating downtime, labor issues
- Equipment maintenance for smooth manufacturing operation
- Safety and cleanliness of work environment
Job requirements:
- Chemical Engineering Graduate
- 1+ years experience as chemical engineer
- 4 years university degree in relevant course
- Prefer prior experience with process optimization and inventory management
- Good at excel and data analysis
- Ideally have experience with ERP or inventory management system
- This is a fast-paced, very high growth company – must be able to work under pressure at a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Flexible in work taskings and can juggle different projects simultaneously
- Must be proactive with good working attitude
- Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication in English
- Based in Laguna
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
