Job Description
Job Description:
- Setting objectives and communicating them to employees.
- Organizing workflow and preparing schedules.
- Overseeing and coaching employees.
- Ensuring safe equipment use and maintenance.
- Checking production output quality.
- Submitting performance reports.
- Identifying efficiency issues and suggesting improvements.
- Training new employees on safe procedures.
- Enforcing safety guidelines and standards.
Qualifications:
- Degree in technical/engineering field preferred.
- Experience as Production Supervisor in Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
