Job Description
LRI Chroma Asia Inc. is currently looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead daily operations at our printing and packaging facility located at Gate 1 Greenfield Autopark, Sta. Rosa, Laguna. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production staff, ensuring quality control, and upholding strict safety standards on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee production teams effectively.
- Develop and implement production schedules.
- Ensure product quality aligns with company standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of printing and finishing processes.
This position is full-time and permanent, with a monthly salary ranging from Php 20,00.00 to Php 28,00.00.
