Job Description
Requirements:
- At least Vocational (Technical Course) Graduate/Graduate of any 4-year course Engineering degree is an advantage
- 3-5 years of experience in precision tooling and metal fabrication
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Test development, execution, and report writing.
- Strong Communication/presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literate (preferably with skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- With eager, determined and positive personalities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php20,00.00 per month
