Qualifications:
- Preferably an Engineering graduate.
- Experienced in manufacturing operations is a must.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
- Relevant training and certification in industrial production or engineering.
- Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
