Job Description
Main Responsibility
The Senior Shift Supervisor supports the Shift Supervisor on maintaining and improving current Production conditions, focusing on Safety, Quality, and Efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Supports Shift Supervisors in executing assigned duties and responsibilities.
- Analyzes and reports production performance trends regularly.
- Evaluates current operations and proposes improvement plans.
- Formulates corrective actions for major production issues.
- Represents improvement activities and installations at IWL.
Qualifications:
- College graduate, preferably with an Engineering degree.
- Computer literate with intermediate-to-expert knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Extensive experience in Production and team/project management.
- Good moral standing and willing to work in Gen. Trias, Cavite.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php23,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
