Job Description
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the production floor. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards are met, and optimizing workflow efficiency.
You will be responsible for training and supervising production staff, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in manufacturing processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
