Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Sampo Molding and Assembly Industry Corporation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production schedules, monitoring raw materials, and ensuring timely delivery commitments to customers.
You will coordinate with various departments such as Sales, Quality Control, and Engineering, while also conducting training for new operators and providing guidance to current staff. Emphasis will be placed on maintaining quality standards and improving production efficiency.
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift and opportunities for overtime. Supplemental pay includes a 13th month salary and overtime compensation.
