Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe and clean workplace at all times.
- Lead the production team to meet targets and ensure on-time delivery.
- Control production costs and maintain compliance with all standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and other departments.
- Provide accurate and timely production reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
- 4 years of experience in Semiconductor or related industries.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
