Job Description
SPT (PHIL.) CLARK CORPORATION is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee staff and manage workflow in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing outstanding results by effectively communicating job expectations, monitoring production processes, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising staff and organizing workflow.
- Maintaining production efficiency and reporting performance metrics.
- Coaching and managing employee performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor.
