Job Description
With experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in a supervisory role and handling people.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Communicating job expectations to the manufacturing staff
- Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
- Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
- Monitoring the workflow and resources
- Promoting cooperation within and between departments
- Scheduling and assigning personnel
- Accomplishing work results and establishing priorities
- Monitoring progress and resolving problems
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires working 6 days a week and residing in Angeles City or nearby.
Salary range: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month.
