Job Description
Position: Production Supervisor
Company: Work Avenue Inc. Pampanga
- Must be a graduate of BS Food Technology, Engineering, or related fields
- Preferably with experience in food manufacturing or companies with GMP and ISO standards
- Knowledge of basic computer operation, GMP, and preferably HACCP/Food Safety Management System
- Skills in people handling, problem solving, decision making, planning, organizing, and resource management
- Display ethical behavior and integrity
- Develop and train subordinates for improved competence
- Vision for innovation and continual improvement
- Able to handle pressure, delegate tasks, and work towards team goals
- Detail-oriented, proactive, strategic mindset, team player, and hard-working
- Willingness to work extended hours
Job Type: Full-time

- 8-hour shift
