Job Description
X-TRADE PAPER & PACKAGING CO., INC., located in Pampanga, is actively seeking a qualified Production Supervisor to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in the manufacturing sector.
This essential role requires overseeing the entire production process, managing customer inquiries, preparing crucial management reports, and providing training to staff. Candidates must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php25,00.00, along with additional benefits including annual bonuses, overtime compensation, and holiday gifts from the company.
