Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Production Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of production workers to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Creating and implementing production schedules to meet deadlines
- Monitoring quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity
- Training and developing team members to improve their skills and performance
To be successful in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
