- Implement daily work plans for production personnel, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
- Resolve minor production issues and report deviations to the supervisor.
- Maintain attendance records for all direct employees per shift.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a team leader in manufacturing.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
