- Operates machine/equipment in production processing areas based on approved production standard operating procedures.
- Inspects machines and equipment and performs regular maintenance and cleaning in accordance with Total Productive Maintenance.
- Performs periodic checking and monitoring of quality parameters such as product temperature, brix, viscosity, pH, etc.
- Performs product changeover within the standard lead times and accomplishes required line clearances prior to production run.
- Coordinates and works with co-production technicians, line leaders, and production supervisor in achieving targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any vocational course
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and swiftly with minimal supervision.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- With good communication skills.
- Effectively performs TPM, GMP, HACCP, and good housekeeping by observing GMP rules and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in work areas at all times.
