Job Description
Are you detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills? We are currently seeking a Professional Services Porting Coordinator to join our team. As a Porting Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to oversee the smooth and efficient porting of client services to our platform.
You will work closely with our clients, internal departments, and telecommunication providers to ensure a seamless transition of services. This will involve coordinating porting requests, managing documentation and paperwork, performing thorough quality checks, and resolving any issues that may arise during the process.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to prioritize tasks, work well under pressure, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in using porting software and experience in the telecommunications industry would be an advantage.
