Job Description
The Program and Development Director will lead strategic planning, program design, fundraising, and partnership expansion to advance organizational objectives. This role oversees program implementation, measures and reports on impact, manages budgets, and coaches cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality delivery and long‑term sustainability.
- Lead strategy, design, and scaling of programs and partnerships.
- Drive fundraising efforts and cultivate donor relationships.
- Monitor outcomes, manage budgets, and ensure program quality.
- Coach and develop multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications: 8+ years in program management and development, demonstrable fundraising success, strong stakeholder engagement, relevant degree, excellent communication, analytical skills, and proven leadership. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
