Job Description
As a Program Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of our organization’s programs and activities. You will be responsible for developing and managing program objectives, strategies, and budgets, ensuring effective implementation, and monitoring progress.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing program goals and objectives in alignment with the organization’s mission and vision
- Designing and coordinating program activities, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify program needs, resources, and opportunities for improvement
- Monitoring program effectiveness, evaluating outcomes, and making adjustments as necessary
