Job Description
a. Develops content, writing material for scripts
b. Sources potential contributions and interviewees
c. Responds to audience/texters feedback
d. Assists the needs of all programs
e. Producing Live and Pre-recorded Radio Programs.
f. Arranging and overseeing guest visits
g. Maintaining and implementing programming logs
h. Answering and archiving details of calls for phone-ins.
i. Maintaining up-to-date contact lists
j. Answering and archiving details of calls for phone-ins
k. Archiving post programs
l. Assists personnel inside the newsroom
m. Responsible for briefing guests
n. Coordinates anchors’ attendance, anchors’ reliever or substitute, topic guests and resource person especially for station produced program.
o. Responsible in safekeeping of all equipment inside the booth and shift coordinator’s booth
p. Other tasks like newswriting and newscasting that may be assigned from time to time.
