Job Description
Qualifications:
- 15 years work experience
- Experience in Migration Projects implementations for Secured and Unsecured Loans for Retail and Commercial banking experience in Philippines market in similar roles a plus
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross functional teams
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning the overall program monitoring the progress and managing the budget ensuring progress against important milestones where consistent and coordinated implementation is required
- Act as the primary liaison between IT business units executive management and external vendors
- Ensure clear communication manage expectations and build strong relationships
- Work closely with Temenos and the System Integration vendor to drive alignment between their outcomes and program objectives
- Monitor and manage risks associated with the program and taking corrective measures
- Provide comprehensive reports on program progress challenges and achievements to senior management and other key stakeholders
